About This Project

This is an extension of a detached single family home by its north side. Annexes include a living-room with an open plan kitchen, a bathroom and a hall. Total built surface added to the existing building: 107 square metres, all in ground floor.

The façade has a clean geometry, with a gabled roof. The roof is very steep, creating a characteristic space in all the new building.

The façade is finished in exposed brick and the roof has black flat ceramic roof tiles. The arrangement of the rooms inside is very open, surrounding the garden around and using wide open crystal hollows to bring the outside nature to the inside.
