About This Project

This is a semi-detached single family home. It has four bedrooms, kitchen, living-dining room, three bathrooms and a porch. Total built surface: 159 square metres, divided into ground floor and first floor.

The façade is made of face brown brick and a stone skirting board. The window frames are made in wooden-like PVC, using the same colour as the roof tiles and gutters and contrasting with the rest of the house. The house has a big porch at the entrance, with electronic remote controlled adjustable slats, to gain light and heat in the winter months and give shade during the summer.
