About This Project

This is a detached single family home. It has three bedrooms, kitchen, two living rooms, three bathrooms and a garage. Total built surface: 253 square metres, divided into ground floor and first floor.

The façade is finished in salmon-colour single layer mortar, with a stone skirting board. The roof has mixed roof tiles.

The access to the building is in a double-height space where the staircase gives access to the first floor. The living rooms are at the back of the house, facing the garden, in order to gain more privacy and access to the back yard easily.
