About This Project
This is a semi-detached single family home. It has three bedrooms, kitchen, living-dining room, two bathrooms, multi-purpose attic, porch and garage. Total built surface: 172 square metres divided into ground floor and first floor.
The façade is finished in salmon-colour single layer mortar, with a pebble-dash skirting board. The roof is made of red mixed tiles and has three Velux Windows.
The southern part of the building has a long porch acting as an extension of the living room, especially in the summer. Due to the geometry of the land and the shed roof, there’s a characteristic large corner with wide openings to the rural views of the surroundings.
