About This Project

This is a semi-detached single family home. It is attached to the adjoining building on the north. It has four bedrooms, kitchen, living-room, three bathrooms and a garage. Total built surface: 176 square metres, divided into ground floor, first floor and attic.

The façade is made of a light metallic structure combined with DM boards. On top of these, there’s a styrofoam (XPS kind) isolation and some windows to favour the panoramic views from the outside.

The façade is made of light-coloured synthetic boards (Canexel kind) with a concrete skirting board.

Inside, the rooms are arranged around a staircase with a landing on each floor, acting as a vertical communication centre.
